In BJJ, you’ll train under Prof Takeo, Singapore’s National Team BJJ Head Coach, that suits beginners, hobbyists, and competitors.

Control first, finish second. Classes mix technical drills with situational rounds to build timing safely. Gi & no-gi, strict hygiene, clear coaching.

Kids’ Classes — Confidence, Discipline & Fun

Structured Muay Thai, Boxing & BJJ for ages 4–12. All levels welcome.

In a safe, coach-supervised setting, children learn fundamentals—stance, footwork, balance and coordination—through pad work, movement games and partner drills. We emphasise respect, focus and teamwork while building fitness and self-confidence. Contact is age-appropriate and always coach-controlled: beginners start non-contact, with gradual progression based on readiness and parent consent. Small groups, clear milestones and positive feedback help every child grow—on the mats and beyond.

We teach Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, MMA-based Strength & Conditioning, and Personal Training. Classes blend technical instruction, purposeful drills, and smart conditioning so you gain skills, not just a workout.
